what we believe

our statement of faith

GOD

WE BELIEVE IN GOD
We believe in one true and living God who is eternal, all-powerful, holy, and is love. He is the Creator of heaven and earth and exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus

WE BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was sent by the Father, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day defeating, death, hell, and the grave. Through His sacrifice, we receive forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life. He ascended to heaven and will one day return in glory to judge the living and the dead.

HOLY SPIRIT

WE BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the presence of God with us today, who convicts the world of sin, brings new life, and dwells within believers. He equips, empowers, and guides us to live holy lives and to serve God’s Kingdom with boldness.

Bible

WE BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final standard for truth, faith, and daily living.

GOSPEL

WE BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL
We believe that the Gospel is the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. By God’s grace, He has made a way of salvation through the life, death, burial, and resurrection of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ for any person. God’s desire is for every person to be saved. He has given all humanity the ability to respond to the Good News of the Gospel.

salvation

WE BELIEVE IN SALVATION
We believe that salvation is God’s free gift, made available to all through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is offered by God’s grace alone and cannot be earned by human effort. To receive this gift, each person must personally respond in repentance and faith—trusting in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Through this response, we are forgiven, made new, and given eternal life with God.

BAPTISM & COMMUNION

WE BELIEVE IN BAPTISM AND COMMUNION
We believe that baptism by water is an outward expression of an inward faith in Christ and a public declaration of new life in Him. We also believe in the Lord’s Supper (Communion) as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice until He returns.

CHURCH

WE BELIEVE IN THE CHURCH
We believe the Church is the family of God, where every person is valuable and created with purpose. The Church is not just a building but a community of believers who gather to worship, grow in God’s Word, and encourage one another in faith. We believe every member of the body of Christ has unique gifts and a vital role to play, and together we are called to love God, love people, and share the hope of Jesus with the world.

The great commission

WE BELIEVE IN THE GREAT COMMISSION
We believe the primary mission of the Church is to fulfill the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ: “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19–20). This means that our first priority is to share the good news of salvation, baptize new believers, and teach them to obey God’s Word. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are called to reach our families, communities, and the nations with the love and truth of Jesus.

We believe this mission is not optional but central to the life of every believer and the purpose of the Church. Everything we do—our worship, teaching, fellowship, service, and outreach—is directed toward helping people know Christ personally, grow in their faith, and be equipped to make disciples who make disciples.
