A Church-Wide Bible Study Alongside A Walk with Jesus

This January (2027), we’re inviting our entire church family to journey through the New Testament together with Foundations New Testament by Robby Gallaty, alongside our sermon series, A Walk with Jesus.

Whether you’re new to studying the Bible or have been following Jesus for years, everyone is invited to participate! The study is designed to help us slow down, engage with God’s Word, and grow together as we walk with Jesus through Scripture.

How It Works

Each week, we’ll work through the assigned readings and study guide questions. You can participate on your own at your own pace, or connect with others through our Grow Groups.

Grow Groups will meet every Tuesday to discuss the week’s reading and what God is teaching us. These gatherings are optional—you can still fully participate in the study without attending a Grow Group.

Our Kyrios Youth Group will also be joining in! Each week, our youth will work through the assigned readings and study guide questions together.

The HEAR Method

Throughout the study, we’ll be using the HEAR method to help us engage with Scripture:

• H — Highlight: What stood out to you from the passage?

• E — Explain: What is happening in the passage? Explain it in a few sentences.

• A — Apply: How does this passage apply to your life?

• R — Respond: How will you respond to what God is showing you?

The goal isn’t simply to read the Bible, but to allow God’s Word to shape the way we live, think, and follow Jesus.

Kids Can Join Too!

We also have kid versions of Foundations New Testament, so the whole family can participate and grow together! It’s a great opportunity for parents and children to engage with Scripture and talk about what they’re learning each week.
